i had a similar thing happen to me. i have a family history of heart disease, but when i developed chest pain, all the tests showed nothing too. found out, purely by accident, that they were skeletal muscle cramps, likely a legacy of my carrying a lot of firewood with my left arm up against my chest for years. it was only diagnosed when my low vitamin D levels caused my doc to put me on supplements, and the pain in my chest magically stopped. i take 5000 IU of D3 every 3 days, and i'm told my levels of D are now the stuff of legend ;)
