Hello John welcome to YT! Unless you purchased a used assembly that includes more than what is shown in a picture of a new assembly I do not think you will need to remove that sway chain or the lower lift arm. Per the picture of the part shown in the link you will just pull the pin that connects the leveling assembly to the lower lift arm and attach the new one at that point. Let me know if you want to remove the whole lower lift arm for some other reason. If you ordered by phone to see all the parts YT offers for you MF 35 go to the top of the forum page and click the big rectangle that says Tractor Parts then select Massey Ferguson and then the 35 model.
