Here is some real life experience on the FORD eco boost v 6 . have had 5 since they came out . usually trade at 75,000 miles or 2 years. 21 ft car hauler with 6/7 lb load. Absolutely no problem out of all 5 of them and get 23 mpg empty pulling the trailer it does drop to 15/17 but will pull at highway speeds, Love that engine. And yes we do have a fleet of f250 with the diesel for farm work.
