Hi all, picked up this ford 1920 shibaura built tractor. Not running. Previous owner was using it and it seemed to loose power, but would restart. Changed fuel filter as it was really nasty. Attempted to tow start, (bad starter) and got a little smoke before it quit turning over. Could barely turn engine over with a prybar in the front pump driveshaft. Let it sit over night and it's freed up.
Not sure what to make of this. Will pull injectors to make sure there's not water in a cylinder.
Part of me is thinking maybe the hydraulics are loaded up, and they'd bleed off over night.
Unit does have a bradco loader backhoe setup, looks to run off the front hydraulic pump.
