Hi guys. I'm looking for some advice here. I'm considering buyong a Gravely 9000GMT with just 99 original hours. I think they were made between 1977 and 1982. Not sure of the year on this one. It does not have the 3 point in the back, but everything is functional and no leaks. It's in great shape. Right now I mow with a Craftsman garden tractor with a 54 deck and hydrostatic transmission. My mowing takes me about 2 hours right now not including trimming. Here are my questions:
1. Do you think buying the Gravely as old as it is as my primary mower is worth it?
2. Do you think I'll miss the hydrostatic trasnmission too much?
