Most likely not the exact same but some may do a better job of filtering then the OEM filter. And some will not do quite as good. And all will probably do a good job of filtering when compared to the OEM filter. So now it is up to you whether you want to pay the price of the OEM versus after market. I've been using Baldwin filters for over 20 years on trucks and now on the tractors for the last 5 years. IT saves me driving 15 miles for filters when I can drive 5 miles. Prices are similar to the Fleet guard filters the Case dealer sells.
