2-85 and 2-105 MFWD tractors are hard to come by and have a definite demand. That aside I can't speak about Michigan but here in NY there is a definite shortage of good tractors and equipment period. Nothing is going for what I would call cheap. There was a rough IH 806 Diesel at an auction I attended a week ago and it brought 3,900 dollars.
