When you say ''bypass'' I'm assuming you mean the filter base allows oil to flow past the filter if the filter plugs. There are all kinds of bases made to suit that need. There are also spin-on filters with built-in bypass. If you know what you want for a mount, what your connections should be, and what your max flow rate is, email me and I'll help find what you need. I did this for my home-made FEL last year and I can backtrack to find the info for you. I'm assuming you want NAPA because you have a store nearby. Most filters I find will cross to a NAPA parts number. You might have to buy the base online. steve
