I assume you must be talking about the YT store. Easiest way is to just click the rectangular box at the top of the forums that says ..Tractor Parts.. Then select anyone of the tractor brands that comes up in the drop down. That will take you into the parts catalog. Then at the top there is a Search box that says ..What can we help you find?.. When you click in it a drop down pops up but just ignore that and type in the number you want to search it will override what the drop down wants you to select. Then hit enter or click the search magnifying glass on the right of it.
I have bought very few parts from YT but I have long thought they would sell a lot more parts if their search function worked better. However, they must have done some upgrades because I just tried a couple of part numbers of two different manufacturers and behold it worked. Of course I got the part numbers out of one of the descriptions in the actual store offerings. There was a time that you could simply type in ..Farmall H Valve Cover gasket.. and the search would say it could not find your parts. As I said they apparently did some upgrades because that now produces some legitimate returns.
