You seem to like the Fords, which confirms you are a man of good taste, and wise beyond years(I like Fords too). Ford 850, 860, 851, 861, 960, 961. There are the 600 and 601 series too, a little lighter weight.
Trust me, you are going to want and will use a loader all the time. Even a light weight loader will get a lot of use. Bonus if you find one of those above with power steering.
I have both an 860, and 961, and they get plenty of non-planting work. Prices around $3000-7000 depending on features and loader. You will have maint, and these are dead simple to keep running and working. 8N are cute, and they will do the job, but there are a lot of limitations with the 8N and NAA flavor. Move up a few series and you'll be happy.
If not a Ford, then an early MF like a 165, a bit more money.
