I would suggest not purchasing old junk, get something new with a warranty. Do you want to work with the tractor or work on the tractor. Very little is as frustrating as trying to clear land and constantly having to start and stop for equipment breakdowns. I would further suggest that you are looking at different projects and might want to consider renting some equipment or hiring out some of the jobs. A compact track loader with a good cab and a forestry mulching head will do your 10 acres pretty fast maybe a couple of long days. Then switch to a dozer for land leveling for a day or two. Maybe a day or two for a excavator and do any cleanup and putting in of culverts to move moisture around. Now you have the project done in a week and you can move on to other things. good luck with your project
