You did not answer if you are operating one or two cylinders as I asked in my other reply. Assuming you did not buy the valve new any numbers or other identification on it? If the valve is used what do you know about it, it did work on whatever it was used on last? This valve is only being used for the angle function correct? Does not probably make any difference but how are you feeding this valve? Should be able to unhook all the hoses and use an air gun in the ports to see what opens when the lever is moved to the different positions. I take it you are unable to post a picture? If you can email them to me I could post them.
Edit: Rereading, is the angle operated by 2 one way cylinders as Steve suggested? Never considered that because that is kind of an odd configuration, but I have not been around snowplows that much. It would be connected as he is suggesting and be seen by the valving as one double-acting cylinder. If using two double acting cylinders then my post suggesting the Tee connections should work.

To the newcomer planning to restore the machine, this means you have everything you need for the moment (something to sit in the shop and just look at for awhile while you read the books). To the newcomer that wants to get out and use the machine for field work, you may have already hit a major roadblock. That is the dreaded "proprietary hitch". With the exception of the
