Do you know what pressure the line is subjected to? Since it uses clamps it likely can be replaced by off-the shelf automotive fuel injection hose from an auto parts store.
(John Deere tractors made in Germany used line of that type starting quite a few years back, for lack of a better name I call it 'Euro'' fuel hose. I've replaced it with the line I mentioned above with great success.)
