When you crank it over is there white smoke coming out the muffler? If not, there is no fuel getting to the injectors. If there is white smoke, there is not enough heat to ignite the fuel. Long has a thermostarter on it. It is a small canister mounted to the firewall with a line dropping out the bottom to a glow plug on intake manifold. You can remove the rubber air hose from the intake then activate the glow plug. Should have a fire flash in the manifold. I did have a problem with a 610 starve for fuel one time. The problem was the banjo fitting behind the lift pump was clogged by a blade of grass and wouldn't let fuel through.
