Honestly it's a long shot to find anyone here with experience with that specific sprayer. Most are going to tell you that you need a big expensive air compressor and an pneumatic HVLP paint gun to paint a tractor.
With advances in battery powered tools you don't really need a big expensive air compressor to run an impact wrench, because really, that's the main thing you're going to use it for. IMHO best to put your money into battery powered tools which are not limited by the length of your air hose.
Harbor Freight used to sell a Central Electric HVLP sprayer set that they liked over on the Farmall Cub forum. I picked one up and it's still sitting brand new in a box on a shelf in my foyer, so I can't tell you if it works.
