I'm going to say it's about 1920 Packard Twin Six (V-12) touring car. A top-quality car. It looks like it's had some miles on it, including some dust and dirt. You could order them with some options, including front bumper, colors, etc. At about this time the two-tone style was in vogue. Generally, the fenders and splash pans were black, so a fender-bender accident could be fixed with painted parts in stock. The big V-12 had a painted radiator, the cheaper Six had nickel-plated, but you could probably order it either way. (Upper class preferred less showy things.)
