I dont think you need the hoe for what you want to
do. I think you should look at say 65-100hp tractor
With 3 point. Buy a 3 point hoe in need of repair at
a BJ latter date if you really think you need one.
Tractor with a loader is all most people need. I have
a hoe and the only thing it gets used for digging in
sewer or water lines. The loader can do all the rest.
If a big excavator that gets used more at my
brothers but not the small ones. Old tires can be
used for many things. I see a lot of sidewalls sold
for holding down silage tarps. May not work where
you are. I use semi tires bolted together as culverts
on my property. Uses a lot of tires. Scrap yards out
here take 4 tires for every machine, truck etc. With
no dockage
