They're asking $2800 for the machine. Seems low with the excellent tires and not bent/wrecked tinwork. For how much work you describe does renting a machine sound reasonable. A mini excavator will work circles around that vintage IH. Tires ? how many ? Check with local disposal people,if sidewalls are cut out tires are regular trash. I'm close to two biggest landfills in upstate NY. If vehicles are reduced to 36 inch pieces having title to scrap isn't a big deal. Older than 1973...no title anyway.
