Since the engine is not stuck, you can probably work the valves loose with some penetrating oil on the stems and prying them shut.
But before starting it, crack the oil drain plug and see what you get. If straight water it's probably condensation, if antifreeze there is an internal coolant leak.
That much condensation is unusual being in a climate controlled building, are you in a high humidity area? And do use the fogging oil as mentioned. Might also want to check the gear cases for water before starting it. Once it's started and the water is emulsified in the oil it is near impossible to get it all out.
