I am guessing this is a John Deere 2010. Giving a full description can help as people here can't see it and the same numbers are used by different manufacturers in some cases. There is also a John Deere specific forum down the index from this one, you might want to use.
You can download a free copy of the Operator's Manuals from the John Deere Ag& Turf Bookstore. Click on this link to go to the site.
On that home page click on the Equipment Publications button. On that search page you can apply filters, if you choose, using the boxes on the left. Enter 2010 in the box to the right of Model Search and then search. That brings up a list of 3 pages of models with 2010 in the name. You will be looking at "Base Units" for tractors. There are model and serial number breaks so you may have to do some looking to match your style (gas, diesel, LP, crawler, row crop, utility, etc.) and serial number range for some. When you find it, you can click the download icon and get a pdf that you can save and print if you want.
Here is a picture of the page showing shift patterns from one manual. As you will note there could be a couple transmission options.
