Get the cub for working around your place. Buy the pacer if it's cheap. They made very few of them. Advertise it on a Massey Harris Facebook group and find the collector who 'has' to have it. Easy to make some money off it. The cub equipment is easy to find and they are easy to work on. We love our fleet of cubs. On a side note..... We bought a pacer a while back. Guy drove about 800 miles round trip to buy it. It was ugly and barely running. He had to have it.
