When I tried to open your Google Drive link, I get a message saying, "You need Access" and wants me to send a message requesting access. Best if you can use the "Choose Files" button below to post a picture direct from your computer or phone. That should work from Modern View. If you are using Classic View, you will need 5 text posts on record then you can post pictures in the 6th and after.
