Just had one from California, throwing a fit the other night at city council meeting. seems she moved to a dead end road (nothing unusual here) and here neighbor had a birthday party, too many cars and she had trouble getting buy in the narrow road. We needed regulations to prevent such parking on narrow roads. They never cease to amaze me first thing they want to do when they get here is go to trying to change things.
