I'm having a little trouble trying to figure out the principle behind this rig. Is it meant to be a trip plow? Is the lever with the ball on it some kind of way of adjusting how much it takes to trip? Is the crank meant to adjust the angle the plow digs into the ground? And what is the bar that goes off to the left? Finally, it appears to have a second attachment point below the pin hitch? Is there some linkage from that to the bottom of the tractor?? I've never seen such a plow. It must not have caught on.
