I have Denso alternators on all of my 12v conversions. They are small and will fit nicely under the hoods of my Farmalls. Nothing worse than some one installing a Delco 10si and cutting away the hood to make it fit. As stated, make sure you read the fine print for the pulley size. Two other things I have found when ordering is the output and the self energizing. I look for low output, like 30 to 35amps. That way I can use the stock amp meter. Also read the fine print carefully for the self energizing feature. I ordered one that needed excitation voltage by mistake because I didn't read the description.
