We've got a D6D dozer that I'm trying to take the hydraulic oil breather/fill cap off - right in front of the cab, through the hood. Looks like it should be pretty straight forward to remove - pull up the lever and remove the cap - but it is not cooperating. Do I just need to get madder at it or am I missing something?
