Need help with a problem, tractor pto engages and turns slowly but never comes up to speed. any load on shaft causes it to stop. removed pto unit and replaced broken clutch housing. reassembled but still no good. Removed priority and relief valve body, cleaned and checked. Reassembled but still no good. Brakes and steering on tractor good. 200 psi to pto control unit. 1600 psi to remotes. 3 pt. hitch slow but works. Any suggestions? Chuck
