Yes a left-hand thread, A right-hand thread would have undone itself under load. I think the 10-20 was 1 inch left-hand thread but I do not know what size the 15-30 had. The later Farmall (Regular) had a 6 spline shaft and all IHC tractors that followed had 6 spine shaft, either 3/4 inch (Farmall F-20 and F-12) or 7/8 inch F-30 and these sizes carried over to the letter series until early 1940s when all standardized on 7/8 inch. My O-12 (1936) and W-4 (1941) have the 3/4 inch PTO.
