My dad and grandfather bought a Case 430 brand new back in the 60 s and it s been the best tractor on the farm since then. Well now my dad is 86 and neither brake work at all after opening up, both brake seals are shot. We ve tried about everything and can t get ahold of the old seal/can t remove it. We ve now removed the bolts to pull the steel plate off the tractor housing and that won t come off either. Any advice greatly appreciated! Thanks a bunch!
