As Janicholson said. If this is a culvert in a driveway you are looking at $200 for smooth inside corrugated outside plastic pipe. Comes with a rating of about 20,000 lbs per axle. You can get it plenty of places like Home Depot and such.
In my area the county drainage department will deliver a piece for you. That way you know it will pass code requirements.
