I ordered my 22 Ford cargo van in Nov of 21. Salesman wrote up order with dealer charges, sales tax, bottom line price and signed it. I put 5000 down and signed it. He said it wouldn't be in for 4 months. May of 22 he called me and said it's in but the window sticker is 2500 more. Okay, so what? I will have to pay it. I told him I don't think so, I'm looking at my order with the total bottom line price signed by both of us. He said he has no control over that. They don't know what the price is going to be until it arrives. I said not my problem, you shouldn't have signed the final price order. He would talk to the sales manager and see what he could do and call me back. Said he really pleaded on my behalf but I have to pay the 2500 more. I said no I don't, I will be in this afternoon to get my 5000 deposit back. 15 minutes later he called me back and said I can get it for ordered price.
