First time ever chopping corn silage and had to quit due to snow. It was getting smeary. I planted some corn for silage after we chopped small grain silage. It got frosted about 2 weeks ago and is know about the right moisture for good silage. It looks brown but really is not. Here are a few pics from Sat. These are my 4020 and 34 1 row chopper. Most was chopped with my 35 chopper and 2 row. Wife was shelling 19 % moisture corn in the next field. Tom
