A couple weeks ago I picked up a case 1070 with the powershift at an auction. The tractor runs great in neutral but when you put it into gear it wants to chug everywhere and runs very inconsistently. Engine never stalls out or never revs super high it just wants to run really choppy everywhere. I ve only ran it briefly when I had the baler hooked to it for one bale and it didn t have enough hydraulic pressure to lift the end gate more than a foot. It has a new hydraulic pump and that s about all I know about the machine as of right now. Not sure if the problems are something as small as a valve adjustment or if it s going to need a new clutch or transmission or where to even begin
