I have custom cleaned 39,100 bushel of small grains so far this year. $30 is well beyond any prices I have heard. I cleaned for a guy yesterday that had bought supposedly cleaned rye at $9.50 a bushel bulk. I filled 7 55 gallon drums of small rye, broken rye and weed seeds out. Even after losing 30ish bushels he is well under $13 a bushel.
I also rent out a grain drill. Guy 5 miles south of town said he bought bagged rye for $19 for 50 lbs.
You could call welter seed in onslow Iowa or Viking seed in Albert Lea Mn. If you are getting a skid, I will bet you could pay the freight and still come out better than nutrien treats you:
