I have some new 1457KB's laying around somewhere. They were for my grandfather's 76 combine. Don't have the books handy, but they should fit the 62 & 64. The 1981K fits the 52 & the left end of the small 42, as listed in the No. 45 Special Parts and Price List.
Edit: Just noticed that book also lists the 1457KA as being used on the 42, 52, 60, 61, 62 & SP123. Both guards listed take the 11943K ledger plate.
