I needed a bunch of used tires for a backstop to my target range. Local tire dealer told me to take whatever I wanted from his discard pile. 2 of those tires looked brand new. Some kind of Chinese brand, and marked "for trailer use only". Closer inspection revealed just why they were in the discard pile. Those tires were NOT round. Not even close. NOT mounted on rims, and no air in them, so out of round they wouldn't even roll across the ground.
