For that one, you also might want to first dig out the mound to find the hole, then pour in some water to clear out any blockage. You might also need to dig it out just a bit more to clear the hole, then stuff in the pipe and fire it up. Mixing some ATF into the gas also helps because then you can see if the smoke is coming out any other holes.
