IIRC the 66 series was the last which you could get a fast hitch as an option.
1066 is a Cat 3 tractor so that fast hitch has to be an add-on.
Nothing to "farmerize" though. They bolt right on using stock locations. You could take a fast hitch off a 706 and bolt it right on to a 3688, if I'm not mistaken.
Somewhere on my phone I have a picture of a 986 with a fast hitch. Again, not "factory."
