Ordering online can be very frustrating.
Buying in person these days can also be very frustrating.
There is such a turnover in employees, and the lack of work ethic in new employees, makes buying anything quite an adventure these days.
But your way of explaining things was a bit confusing as well, as some pointed out in perhaps a bit of a harsh way.
As people on the other side of the counter get dumber, or as we have to use inflexible computer order confusion centers, it is more and more important that we are very clear and exact on what we are saying or typing in our transactions.
If you want hydraulic fluid you need to clearly and consistently say you want hydraulic fluid. Not 3 different descriptions...... new and unfamiliar and lazy employees will mess that up every time.
Hope they get their mistake worked out and you get the deal they were supposed to deliver to begin with!
