The suction line as I remember is on the left side under the platform, mine was a rubber line hooked to a metal pipe at the trans end where it came loose. The converter I had welded at a place that rebuilt them in Indianapolis IN , it is no longer there but there was a place in Kansas City MO a few years ago that rebuilt one from a wheel loader for me but I cant remember the name of the company . If the converter is leaking it will leave puddles or spots but if the belly pan is full of dirt it may not hit the ground or it m any run out in a place not under the converter making you think it is leaking from another place . I put 2 seals in mine before I found that it was the converter leaking and not the seal on the converter
