With that much sticking out my method is to FIRST weld a washer,,,,,,, SECOND weld a nut,,,,,,,,,,THIRD let it cool,,,,,,,,,FOURTH use an impact wrench to get the shocking vibrating action (never a hard dead pull may break it off) not set too high torque initially,,,,,,,FIFTH a little at a time try to loosen, then tighten back just a tad, then slowly loosen, slightly re tighten SLOW SO IT DONT OVERHEAT hopefully it will turn out ?? If not grrrrrrrrrr get the drill DRATS
