I have "new to me" 285 I'm still learning about and hope that someone can give me some help with. It has the two remotes on it, with an aftermarket loader connect to one set. I have a hydraulic top link that I'd like to run on the other.
When I hooked up the top link, it will only extend and not retract, and the loader will not operate off of that set of remotes. Looking at the operators manual, I believe that that set of remotes is set up for a single action cylinder, and I need to turn the adjustment screw for a double action cylinder.
My issue is that I cannot get the screw to turn. I've tried it with the engine both running and off, but can get no movement on either screw. Any recommendations?
