All of this talk of bush hog and horse power. When I first got the Oliver Super 88 and rebuilt the motor. On the dino it did 54 horse power. Hooked it to a 15 foot bush hog and mowed Johnson grass taller then the tractor. It would pull it in third but did a lot better job in second. This was Johnson grassnafter wheat had been cut. I could pull it at the same seed with a John Deere 5103 that was nearly new.
