The cylinder is internal behind the rockshaft on the left side.
The screen is under the tractor, roughly under the seat, in a housing the size of a large cooking pot, with a 2" or so rubber hose going to it. About ten to twelve 5/16" bolts(1/2" wrench) of various lengths holding it on. The main sump drain plug screws into the housing. You have to drain the tractor to do the job. I clean the screen with a find brass or nylon brush in some diesel, then blow out from the inside with compressed air.
