Hello Wendell welcome to YT! To others I know his
name because he signed a similar post he made in the
IH section. I will link the page you can go to to post a
photo add here. I am not exactly sure how you do it I
did post a small item there a long time ago but have
since forgot. I will also close this post with an
explanation of why your likely attempt to post photos
here failed. I will also say the $1000 is fairly
optimistic with a non running engine with a hole in the
block and missing hydraulic valves. However if the
undercarriage is in exceptional condition that may help
the price you get. Your best hope is for the OBO to
come in right.

Here is the explanation of reason the photo posting on
the forum did not post. I do not believe this applies to
the photo adds but it may.

Due to this being a G rated forum you are generally not
allowed to post a picture until after your 5th post. This
is to keep internet bad guys from popping in and
dropping a bunch of ..no no.. photos. The improper
terms is just the default excuse the forum host chose
to use. To get quicker permission go to the ..Site
Comments.. topic section in the 2nd link. Post there with a
topic of ..New poster picture help.. Then explain your
intent, then the mods will remove the restrictions.
Pictures are added through the ..Choose files.. button
in the ..Advanced Posting.. area at the bottom of a
New Post or a reply.

THERE MAY be an alternative work around, on Modern
View where you need to login to post or reply, login
and try this. Go to your post and use the ..Edit.. feature
there. Follow the photo posting process I laid out
above and then see if this will allow you to post your
picture.

Today's Featured Article - Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point ... [Read Article]
