My starter was giving one loud click. Was going to rebuild it but couldnt get the right sized contacts. Ordered brand new starter from this site. Installed new one and same click. Changed the battery cable ends. Battery reads 12.26 v across the posts. At the starter its reading 12.25 v If I jump the contacts starter will spin. If I hit the starter button and jump the starter contacts it will crank weak once. Battery on the charger now. New starter solenoid must be bad too?
