Glow plug is half notch on key. If single gear shift with turning head. Think of the front of the knob as moving a normal shifter sideways. Turn all the way to the right you get forwards forward backwards reverse. 3 point is just a cylinder so you get down pressure. I hoe you got it cheap. I just piled up the rear end In mine and the front drove into the back crushing the rad.
