Go down to the Ford section. Call out to Ultradog Mn. He is the steering wizard. Helped me with mine several years ago and several others. Thanks again UD! Probably a stuck valve in the bottom of the column. He has pics of how it goes together. Not hard, but the right balls and springs have to be in the right place. If stuck you have to remove the steering column. That's the hard part.
