Does it pull the hay into the chamber or does it jam the pick up? Did it work ok before? You may already know this, its important to fill the entire width of the chamber with hay to help get it rolling a bale. I know a lot of people suggest lowering the PTO speed to start a bale, but I always had to increase it and jam the hay in fast to get one rolling. This was on a B, so not exactly the same.
