Im still getting a leak around the nut and fuel pipe that connects to the sediment bowl. I read that there was originally a flat washer, I assume brass, on the end of the fuel pipe and they later changed that to what the current ferrules look like. But, I am confused on what size ferrule. Should the ferrule be large enough to slide onto the fuel pipe and does it matter if the ferrule is not first connected to the larger nut that screws into the sediment bowl assembly?
